Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous high-profile matters in a variety of areas and industries and is known as a reference strategist for the most important business groups.

He has led acquisitions totaling over six billion dollars. In 2023, he was the #1 lawyer in Colombia by M&A transaction volume. On the other hand, he has extensive and recognized experience in conflict resolution. In 2024, the Legal500 publication awarded him the prize for best litigator of the year in Colombia.

Additionally, Camilo has been highlighted as a leading lawyer in Colombia by other international rankings such as Chambers & Partners, for his work in Litigation and Arbitration, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Banking & Financial Law.

Currently, he is a professor of Corporate Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an Arbitrator of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
