Adelaida provides guidance and support to national and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law, and foreign exchange matters.
She is an assistant professor on Negotiation in Corporate and Financial Transactions at Universidad de los Andes.
Before joining the firm, she worked in a Colombian entity in the areas of criminal lawand criminal liability for teenagers.
