Alejandra provides guidance and support in designing strategies for the registration and protection of industrial property portfolios, both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on trademark and industrial design matters.
Before joining the firm, she worked as a lawyer at two of Spain's leading industrial property firms, where she advised clients on matters related to the international registration of trademarks, as well as providing counsel to foreign clients on industrial property issues in Latin America. Additionally, she was an associate in the trademarks department of a Colombian law firm.
