She has experience in debt and equity rescheduling and refinancing, restructuring and reorganization strategies, rescue planning and implementation, restructuring of structured and leveraged financial vehicles, bankruptcy procedures and the conduct and regulation of office holders, debt monitoring and recovery, and assets Investigation, litigation and enforcement related to insolvency and bankruptcy.
Before joining our firm, she worked as a lawyer at the Colombian Stock Exchange, where she oversaw Corporate Governance.
