Carlos Eduardo provides guidance and support to domestic and foreign clients in disputes before ordinary and administrative courts, as well as in both domestic and international arbitration tribunals, particularly in the infrastructure, construction, energy, and insurance sectors.
He has experience in contractual and tort liability, as well as in litigation arising from state contracts and in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He is a member of the list of arbitration court clerks of the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre of the Medellín Chamber of Commerce.
Before joining the firm, he worked in the dispute resolution area of two major law firms in Colombia.
