Carlos has extensive experience advising local and foreign clients in M&A transactions, formation of private equity funds, and in real estate operations, including the negotiation of sales and purchases agreements of shares and trust rights, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, limited partnerships agreements and real estate contracts.
Carlos leads a variety of transactions as director, including purchases and sales of shopping centers, fintechs, concessions, and hotels. Additionally, he provides advisory services to general partners and limited partners on investments in private equity funds.
