Daniel provides guidance and support in public utilities, particularly in electricity, non-conventional renewable energy sources, and hydrocarbons.
Additionally, he possesses knowledge in the development of sector infrastructure contracts, such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) agreements.
Before joining the firm, he gained experience in the private sector, where he provided advisory services to companies on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and administrative processes.
