Daniel provides guidance and support to national and foreign clients in contractual and extra-contractual liability proceedings before the ordinary and contentious-administrative jurisdiction. Likewise, he has experience in insurance, damages, and civil liability matters.
Before joining the firm, he worked as a legal representative of several insurance companies in Colombia.
