Daniel provides guidance and support to local and foreign clients on the design of corporate governance structures aimed at preventing corporate conflicts and in the implementation of litigation strategies to resolve them.
Additionally, he advises clients on the adoption of good corporate governance practices through the use of data analytics and systematic analysis of local and international governance standards.
He has served as an assistant professor for the courses on Companies and Corporate Conflicts at Universidad de los Andes and has lectured on Corporate Law in postgraduate programs and diplomas offered by Universidad Externado de Colombia and Universidad de Medellín.
