Diana, an economist from Universidad de Los Andes and a ninth-semester law student at the same university, focuses her practice on advising clients in corporate law (mergers and acquisitions, corporate, and commercial), tax law, and corporate finance.
She is a member of the Business and Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic in partnership with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. She has been awarded the Vamos Pa’ Lante Scholarship three times for academic merit.
