He has relevant experience in transactions in the health, retail, logistics, infrastructure, agribusiness, and telecommunications sectors.
He has relevant experience in the structuring and execution of transactions involving special assets: NPLs, REOs, litigation rights, portfolio, judgments and awards and has participated in the most relevant acquisition operations of this type of assets in the country.
He has also successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of commercial litigation, including breach or termination litigation, corporate and shareholder/management disputes, and antitrust investigations.
