Isabela provides guidance and support to clients in the field of electronic payments and financial regulation, occupying key roles in various sectors. She has advised Fintech entities on entering the Colombian market, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Before joining the firm, she worked at the Superintendencia Financiera, where she led regulatory initiatives related to electronic and immediate payments, facilitating the creation and licensing of new Fintech entities to become supervised financial institutions. She also managed merger and acquisition processes for these entities. Her international experience includes advising companies in Colombia and Brazil on the immediate payment system Pix.
