She has advised a wide range of clients, including national and international companies, securities issuers, family businesses, startups, board directors, and investors. Her primary focus is on solving complex corporate problems and providing strategic advice on governance issues.
Currently, she is expanding her knowledge in the field of Corporate Law, further deepening her skills. Additionally, she has worked as an assistant professor in the Corporate Law course at Universidad de Los Andes.
