Juan Camilo has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, banking law, capital markets, credit operations and corporate law. He has special expertise in the acquisition, transformation, merger, and spin-off of commercial companies.
Currently, he is a professor of Commercial and Corporate Law at the Universidad del Rosario Law School, as well as a lecturer in several specializations and master's degrees at universities such as Rosario and Los Andes.
