Juan Carlos has extensive experience advising both national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as corporate matters and financings.
Much of his practice focuses on providing guidance to private equity funds on acquisitions and divestments in Colombia and the region. In 2017, he served as a visiting associate at the São Paulo office of Campos Mello Advogados.
