Juan Sebastián provides guidance and support on advising, litigating, and representing public and private entities in matters of administrative law, state contracting, infrastructure, transportation, constitutional actions, tax law, and disciplinary law.

Before joining the firm, Juan Sebastián worked at one of the country's most prominent firms in public law matters. Additionally, he served as the Pro Bono Coordinator. He also interned at the Congress of the Republic and was a member of the Public Actions Group at Universidad del Rosario.
