María Alejandra provides guidance and support to clients on corporate governance for national and foreign companies, family partnerships, startups, and various investors.
She has focused her practice on the resolution of conflicts between business executives, related to matters such as the exclusion of associates, liability of administrators and oppression of shareholders.
Before joining the firm, she was a judge of the specialized court of the Superintendence of Companies for the resolution of business disputes. She has also been a professor in graduate programs at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
