María Paula specializes in advising local and foreign companies in judicial proceedings, disputes arising from government contracts, administrative sanctioning proceedings and constitutional actions. She also has experience advising clients in civil and commercial law matters.
Before joining the firm, she was an intern at a local law firm specialized in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and competition law. She was also an intern at the Constitutional Court of Colombia and was part of the Public Actions Group of the Universidad del Rosario, where she had the opportunity to see cases of great national interest.
