Nicolás has extensive experience advising clients on corporate, restructuring, insolvency, and civil liability issues. For over 20 years, he has worked as a litigator, advisor and consultant.
Between 2015 and 2018, he served as the sole corporate insolvency judge at the Superintendencia de Sociedades (Superintendence of Companies), and for the past 18 years he has taught law at various law schools undergraduate and graduate programs.
