Olga Lucía Ramírez

Olga Lucía has extensive experience in structuring and implementing infrastructure projects, and in public and regulatory law matters; she has also advised clients on transportation, logistics and aviation issues, with an emphasis on airport infrastructure legal related matters. She has led significant projects both in the private sector and as a public official.

Profile

In the public sector, she served as Director and Deputy Minister of Infrastructure at the Ministry of Transportation, during which several major infrastructure projects, including various 4G projects and other public works, were successfully completed. She also stood out for issuing relevant public policies for project development, securing financing sources, and advancing technological progress.

Currently, she is the founder and president of the Asociación Colombiana de Derecho Aeroportuario (Colombian Association of Airport Law (“ACDDA”)) and the Colombian College of Aeronautical Law Lawyers. She is also a lecturer at various infrastructure and aviation law education programs.
