Óscar provides guidance and support in the tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as advising clients on local and international tax matters.
Before joining the firm, he was part of the tax teams at renowned international firms with a presence in Colombia. From 2019 to 2021, he worked in Luxembourg in the Transactions and International Tax department of a major auditing firm. Currently, he is a professor of tax law in the Business Law specialization at the Universidad de los Andes and the International Tax Law specialization at the Universidad Externado.
