Provides guidance and support to local and foreign clients on the design of corporate governance structures and the implementation of corporate litigation strategies. His primary focus is corporate law, although he also has experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Additionally, he served as an academic assistant in the Corporate Conflicts class at Universidad de los Andes.
