Profile

He has extensive experience in administrative procedures in connection to the infringement of the Colombian antitrust regime. Currently, he is professor in the master’s Program in Law of Markets and Competition, Externado University of Colombia.

Before joining the firm, he was an advisor to the head of the Colombian Competition Authority in antitrust matters. Likewise, he was an associate to the competition, consumer protection and corporate law practices in two leading law firms in Colombia.
